is "Temp-to-Perm" or "Temp-to-Hire" employment?
"Temp-to-Perm"
or "Temp-to-Hire" implies a "temporary" to "permanent"
arrangement. More specifically, this means that an individual
may be placed at a position temporarily and may then be offered that
position on a permanent basis by the Client company. This can
only be accomplished after a designated number of hours (~480
hours) are worked by the individual. This offer is typically
left up to the Client company. This type of arrangement most
often works well for both parties. This gives the employee
time to become familiar with the position, its' responsibilities, their
co-workers, and their environment while also allowing the Client
company time to evaluate the employees performance.
How
do I register with Arvié and do I have to pay a fee?
No. There
is never a fee to register or be placed with Arvié
Personnel Services. These type services are paid for by our
Client companies. In order to become eligible for employment
with Arvié, a brief application
needs to be completed, and depending on the position applied for, you
may be required to complete computer software testing, and complete a
brief interview with one of our friendly placement
