Skill Enhancement
By registering with Arvié, you have access to our
computer-based training systems at no charge. Our skill enhancement
program allows associates to constantly increase their knowledge, speed
and accuracy in the following areas:
Data Entry, Speed Typing, Ten
Key, Access, and Microsoft Office Suite Programs
Referral Bonus
Associates who recommend good quality individuals to Arvié will receive a cash bonus upon
request. (Note:
The individual referred must work a minimum of 160 hours.)
Merit
Increase
If an associate shows exceptional skills and/or outstanding
performance, Arvié will gladly reward the
individual with a merit increase for a job well done. (Note: Some increases
are dictated by our Client's company policies.)
Holiday
Pay
Arvié provides holiday pay to those
associates who have worked 1200 hours in the 52 weeks preceding the
holiday week, and/or work the business day before and the business day
after the holiday. Associate holidays are: New
Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day,
and Christmas Day.
Vacation
Pay
Associates will earn a full week's vacation pay once they have worked a
minimum number of hours within a 12 month period (1600 hours).

Have a Résumé?
Many
of Arvié's Clients require
résumé's to be forwarded before associates can be
seen or placed. You don't have a
résumé? No problem. If you
are knowledgeable with Microsoft Word, you can build your
résumé within our office at no charge.
You are also welcomed to use our Online
Résumé to submit your
résumé to Arvié.
Internet
Access
Associates
have access to the internet thru our computer learning center at no
charge. Whatever your internet needs may be, Arvié provides the solution.
